Some Questions & Answers
Do I have to make a booking in advance or can I just turn up?
We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot and avoid disappointment, especially during weekends and busy periods. While walk-ins may be accepted depending on availability, booking ahead guarantees your place and a smoother experience.
I have already made a party booking, but want to add extra people. Can I do this?
Yes, we will do our best to accommodate additional guests. Please contact us at info@vippinz.co.uk as soon as possible to request the change. The earlier you inform us, the better the chances we can accommodate your request. Please note that weekend slots can fill up quickly—sometimes up to two weeks in advance—so advance notice is highly recommended.
I need to change my Party booking time/session?
In order to move your booking, please let us know at least 24 hours before your actual booking time/session.
What kind of clothing should I wear?
Normal socks must be worn during play. Please note that non-slip socks are not permitted. We strongly recommend wearing a thin long-sleeved top and long pants, as friction burns can sometimes occur on exposed skin while using inflatables or slides. For safety, please also remove any jewellery or loose items before your session.
